Roxana's passion for development and equality can be drawn back to her pre-employment days. She worked in the Trade Unions at an early age and was the founder and owner of two hair salons in early 2000.
Roxana has extensive experience in the security industry and has worked in multiple facets of state security. An accredited trainer in private security, she headed the Security Detail for Cricket World Cup in 2003 including games played in Kenya and Zimbabwe.
She is the founder of Blue Falcon security company established in 2018 and is goal driven and extremely passionate about success in new ventures.
